BAK Canal Enterprises was founded by Bryan A. King. He has a passion for Product Management, Digital Banking and Innovation.

He had a successful career as a consultant for Oracle for a number of years before ultimately starting his own consultancy. As a result, he brings the same strategic, pragmatic approach to Product Development, Banking and ERP implementations that ensures product projects are completed successfully, according to project timelines and on budget.

Bryan is a seasoned Business Consultant who has been involved in managing digital platforms as well as multiple ERP implementations at Oracle and other top tier financial institutions.

He has also worked in various Banking, Corporate Treasury roles at Financial and Information Technology companies. During those engagements he instituted Treasury and Cash Management best practices into corporate operations, engaged in business process documentation and re-engineered and implemented financial  and banking platforms to streamline business operations while supporting straight through processing.

 

Bryan has extensive knowledge in many aspects of project life cycle implementations. He has managed the creation of system configurations, user acceptance testing, system integration testing, go-live and post go-live support.  He has also done a lot of work developing and delivering end-user training, maintaining project plans, preparing/ presenting project management briefings to executives, and insuring that projects are implemented according to schedule.
